Yeap Yiren

Despite being an instructor in the Pekiti Tirsia Kali system for several years, Yiren is passionate in Combatives in general, and has trained extensively in other Fighting systems, including Krav Maga, Systema, Silat, Chinese boxing, and Kyokushin Karate.

A firm believer in efficiency, he is also an NCSF-certified Physical Training instructor; and uses his knowledge in body mechanics and dynamic movement to help his students achieve greater levels of power and speed.

Central to the motto of the system he trains in: “Life, Health, Success”, he also believes that the individual is capable of powerful things if they put their minds to it and hence, places heavy emphasis on training intensity so as to help his students sharpen their Focus and Resolve.

In addition to the above, Yiren’s Vision is to design a training experience which will help his students build their Fitness, Focus, and Confidence; and give them the tools they will need to experience better fulfillment not just in the training room, but in their personal and professional lives as well.
